When Chris moved to Charlotte, she knew she wanted to work for a small private company. Charter was just what she was looking for; it was the best decision in her career. Chris joined the team in 1998.
Colleagues and peers find that Chris listens to their concerns, identifies the possible problem, brainstorms solutions, picks an option to implement, executes the plan, and monitors the outcome. She’s a hard worker and a team player, willing to do whatever it takes to get a job done. Chris is responsible for the financial operations of our owned and managed assets. She also oversees the implementation and training of our property management software.
One of her proudest accomplishments is starting the MECK Pre-K program at Park Road Baptist Child Development Center. MECK Pre-K is a high-quality, free pre-k for eligible 4-year-olds in a safe, loving environment. When not working, Chris enjoys playing tennis, baking, and attending sporting events with her son and daughter.
