Like many professionals in the industry, Kim didn’t dream of a career in property management. But it chose her, and she’s been with the firm since 1986. Kim started in a leasing role and has advanced to her current position. She is responsible for operating Charter’s communities and works with the development team during the design and build process. Kim has experience in all aspects of property management, from marketing to administration.
Kim successfully recruits strong teams that manage a property with great care, commitment, and dedication, resulting in very little turnover. She knows it takes every team member to succeed, and the onsite teams anchor the firm helping it thrive. She loves collaborating with others to provide homes to thousands in the community and is most proud of the team she’s built.
You’ll find Kim cheering for the Carolina Panthers on a typical Sunday afternoon when they play. She’s an advanced open water scuba diver with a second degree in Taekwondo. She has two adult daughters and enjoys traveling with her family.
