Paul is an experienced real estate professional who has worked in multifamily development in the Charlotte region since 2012. In addition to his local projects, he also spearheaded development projects for Grubb Properties in major urban markets such as New York, Los Angeles, Washington DC, Atlanta, and Memphis. Paul joined Charter Properties in 2025 and is responsible for development and acquisitions.
Paul has a talent for foreign languages and has lived in several countries in both Europe and South America. He spent six years in Prague with his wife, who originally hails from the Czech Republic, while working for Invesco acquiring commercial properties in the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, and Russia.
In his free time, Paul’s at the baseball or softball field watching his son and daughter play. He also enjoys playing mediocre golf, being naively optimistic about Carolinas sports teams, and spending time with friends and family.
